Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020) – in addition to the private investment that this money will attract. It promises more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market.

Extreme Events based on Novel Sensors and Advanced Modelling Tools

 

IEMC UNESCO

Is the leader of Work package 9 (Dissemination). Its target is to disseminate the

HYPERION program, through UNESCO channels, participation in conferences and

relevant events, and promotion to relevant stakeholders.

 

WP9 – Details

Dissemination, Communication and Standardization Activities:

It focuses on the communication of the project results to the critical mass of

stakeholders, as well as the scientific/research dissemination of the project

outcomes.

In this Work package, standardization and liaison activities with relevant bodies will

be pursued.

Also a Consensus-Building Workshop will be organized on the basis of the inside-out

and outside-in analyses. Key stakeholders are invited to make proposals for

widespread adoption or implementation among the project community. (Up to 100

stakeholders will be invited). The workshop will use a bottom-up design to stimulate

and merge innovative proposals.
